What to expect before you book — straight from the owner.
How does the flat-rate pricing work?
Our handyman labor rate is $197 flat for any job completed in two hours or less. That covers travel, labor, and cleanup. Parts and materials are billed separately at cost plus 15%. If a job is likely to exceed two hours, we tell you before we start and give you a clear estimate for the full scope.
Who actually does the handyman work?
Bob Guinan — the owner — handles every handyman job personally. There are no employees, no subcontractors, and no day-hire crew for handyman work. You know exactly who is coming before anyone arrives.
What types of handyman jobs do you take?
We handle door and lock installation, deadbolts, weatherstripping, ceiling fans, light fixtures, faucets and toilet hardware, TV mounting, drywall patching, caulking, shelf and storage installation, dryer vent cleaning and servicing, and minor carpentry. If you're unsure, call or text — Bob will give you a straight answer with no obligation.
Are there jobs you don't take?
Yes. We don't do remodeling, electrical panel work, plumbing rough-in, HVAC, structural work, or anything requiring a trade-specific license we don't hold. We'll tell you upfront if your job is outside our scope.
Do you guarantee handyman work?
Yes. All handyman labor is backed by a 90-day workmanship guarantee. If something we installed or repaired isn't working correctly within 90 days due to our workmanship, we come back and make it right at no charge.
